Details
Go is a 1999 crime comedy film that revolves around the aftermath of a drug deal from the perspectives of three different characters. Ronna, a grocery store clerk, is desperately trying to make some quick cash to cover a drug deal gone wrong. She ends up taking a shift for her friend Simon, who is a drug dealer, at a rave. However, she gets caught up in a dangerous situation when she decides to sell some drugs to two undercover police officers.
Meanwhile, Simon enlists the help of his dim-witted friend Marcus to find more drugs after their original stash is stolen. Together, they embark on a chaotic adventure involving a wacky drug dealer and a sleazy actor. As they navigate this underworld of crime, their plans take unexpected twists and turns.
Finally, the story shifts to Adam and Zack, two soap opera actors who use their fame to manipulate their way into free drugs. Their reckless actions lead to an unfortunate encounter with a gangster, putting their lives in jeopardy.
Go is a fast-paced and darkly comedic film that explores the consequences of a drug deal gone awry. Through its non-linear storytelling, the movie offers an intriguing look into the interconnected lives of its characters. With its clever dialogue, unexpected plot twists, and energetic soundtrack, Go delivers an exciting and entertaining viewing experience for fans of crime thrillers and black comedies.
