In the comedy film 21 & Over (2013), college student Jeff Chang's friends plan a night out to celebrate his 21st birthday. However, this outing quickly turns into a wild adventure full of chaos and mishaps.

Against his better judgment, he agrees to join his two best friends, Miller and Casey, for a quick drink.
